We have two lamp posts in Royal Victoria Park which are not working

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8725292.

The problem is that they stand on the part of the estate which is short piece of unadopted road BUT they form part of the same ring of lamp posts in the rest of the estate. Previously BCC has come out to replace bulbs. We do not know if we can fix them ourselves as we do not own them AND they are connected to the other BCC lamps. Please can you advise? Since we tried to resolve this you have removed the two pins showing their location. They stand outside No 40 RVP and the last report reference 8582213. Thank you
