Light no.39 broken off about 4ft /1.2m and removed

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8723264.

Probably hit by a vehicle, streetlight no.39 is missing most of the mast, only about 4ft/1.2m left, this open tube is taped over. Possibly a new light post is in the pipeline and is waiting for National Grid? to refit.
