4/5 reports My poor neighbour (who is 81) is constantly flooding every time it rains Mainly because the drain is blocked out side 145 The Avenue Kennington And the dips in the path are to deep and full of mud sludge and water The bricks in the photo are to try and stop some of the water reaching the front door and step !!
