Paint spill on highway

A few weeks ago, a tin of paint looks to have been split on Blackheath Lane on the approach to the Pitts Heath Roundabout. Vehicles have then driven through this making a mess of the highway; several weeks have passed and this has yet to be cleaned up.

Can this please be cleaned as it makes the area look scruffy and sets a bad impression on the area for clients visiting our site.

Also the half-finished pinch point scheme with streetlights missing tops and poor quality landscaping is really bringing down the appearance of the area.
