Raised and floating edging stone

During the heavy and frequent rain the edging stone between the road and the parking space has risen several inches and moves when driven over. As it is over the entrance to our garage and parking space and if we turn into the area from the road we are liable to catch the tyre causing a puncture. As this area is used by our carers 4 times a day it is very inconvenient.
