Road flooded - also many potholes and covered in mud and flooded

This road has been flooded for the last week and has not cleared yet. Ditches and access channels must need clearing out and then once water is cleared road needs cleaning of mud / debris and potholes repairing along the whole stretch of Clint street (ideally it should be resurfaced too). This is the only access my elderly parents have to get to and from their house and at times they have been unable to drive through the flooded road due to the depth of the water. My vehicle -:a van with reasonable clearance had a fault light come on the dash board after driving through it when particularly deep - fortunately this has now cleared. Hopefully this matter can be dealt with swiftly to ensure my parents / health care providers / delivery drivers / relatives and friends can maintain access (even when it rains).
