Graffiti on substation & clothes bank
Reported via desktop in the Graffiti category anonymously at 14:18, Monday 19 January 2026
Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8720827.
This graffiti was reported to the council on 14 Jan 2026, ref 25239588 at 12:30PM. On 15 Jan 2026 at 10:19AM you told me it had been removed. This isn't true and the graffiti is still there. Can you please attend and remove it off both the Substation and the Clothes bank.
What point improving the public realm of Byres Rd if you let this criminal damage just bound on?
Why erroneously close reports and lie to Glasgow residents? It just baffles and annoys people. Please leave jobs Open until attended. (software should let us/the reporter close jobs when (if) "attended" to help you out really) Thank you.

28 Jan 2026 (at 12:30pm) This job (ref 25293672) has been erroneously closed once again - but the graffiti remains. New PIC is attached.
Received a vengeful telephone call (number withheld) on 22/01 at 09:10 from someone who pretended to be "Mark Boyd" at Glasgow City Council (ex finance manager who actually left the council some years ago, i think) falsely telling me this had been attended. It hasn't.
I'm a Neighbourhood Improvement Volunteer (#1258). I litter pick this car park every month, have done for about 8 years. Why do i bother and care, if you can't do the same?
