I think youths may be using this area to inhale gas from catering size canisters and have dumped loads of them on Stibbs Hill. This is a walkway for young children walking to Air Balloon primary school which is not good for them to be looking at

Youths are using this area to drink and inhale from gas cannisters they have left loads of rubbish including loads of canisters on the wall which is advertising the fact this is a good area to drink and inhale gas. This is where primary school children walk past every day.
