The car was left outside 68 Radnor road in early October 2025. The car has been parked in a way that means parking on the road is restricted. The car has not moved for over 3 months which means our elderly neighbour has no chance of parking outside his house. This is distressing him. With all the cold weather the car battery must be flat and I do not know who would have left a car for such a long time. The impact of the poor parking means that we cannot fit three cars in that area of pavement as usual so it means two car parking places are lost.
