  • Dear Ms Sinclair Thank you for your report via FixMyStreet. The map pin shows Washford Glen and you state vegetation growing into the garden of number 31, so I am assuming you live at 31 Washford Glen. South Oxfordshire District Council own and maintain the open space to the front of 31 Washford Glen. Is this were the overgrown vegetation is? If the overgrown vegetation is coming into your garden from the side, from a strip of land bordering your property and Trent Road then unfortunately this land is not owned by South Oxfordshire District Council and we would not be able to cut back the bushes as they are not our property. You can obtain a land registry search on-line via https://eservices.landregistry.gov.uk/ of the particular piece of land you are enquiring about and this will give you the owner. I hope I have the correct location and the above information is helpful. Regards South Oxfordshire District Council - Parks team
