The clothing bank keeps attracting general waste bags been left electrical items and household goods black bin bags are been ripped open by cats rats and birds. The council need to remove this clothing bank people think it’s a tipping spot.
Household items and wast have blown across the drain causing rubbish and waste everywhere.
