Approximately 7.5 inches deep outside 167 Ermin Street.
Reported via mobile in the A pothole in road category anonymously at 22:23, Sunday 18 January 2026 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8716347.
It is located in the right hand side of the heading towards the petrol station cross hands round about and before the one shop. It is perfectly located where the right wheel sits if you drive in the middle of the road correctly. As I was driving towards the roundabout at legal appropriate speed limit. The whole drivers side wheel sank into the extreme pot hole causing the car to become unstable and cause me high stress and panic. My steering was completely compromised and I luckily managed to pull over in the car park of one stop. After stopping the tyre was completely flat. After removing the wheel off the car it was clear that it was dented and seriously damaged and weakened and irreparable and the tyre will need to be replaced to ensure it’s safe after going through that amount of force and shock.
