There is a Blue Mini that has been parked / abandoned on the footpath and grass by the street light tonight . CF03 NRE is the registration. I'm worried as a lot of people and children use the path and it's going to cause problems. People have never parked here and there is lots of space on the road so there is no reason to have done it.
