Several potholes close to t-junction

These potholes regularly appear even after being treated. They have reappeared again and are causing people to swerve onto the opposite side of the road to go round the junction.

This pot hole still has not been fixed, nearly 2 month later. It is even deeper now - see photo. Very dangerous. Please fix asap.

These potholes are getting bigger and bigger. If a cyclist hit one their wheel would collapse and they’d be injured. Needs urgent 🚨 fixing.
