Potholes and failed repairs
Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 16:18, Sunday 18 January 2026
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8714639.
There are a string of potholes along the B4031 from the high rail bridge to the Cherwell Bridge. In particular two pictured in the nearside wheeltrack. One is on the west side of the canal bridge and is hidden on the approach. This is particularly dangerous since the road is narrow and drivers swerve to miss the hidden pothole.
