• Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.

  I have a flat tyre as a result of potholes on Station Road opposite Wrights hire. I had to pay for a new tyre and for Kwikfit to attend my driveway to fix this, I believe that I should be reimbursed for the cost.

A works order has been raised which you can follow on 8714184 and add updates. The expected completion date for these works will be 22/07/2026 hopefully sooner.

• I feel like the system is there to solve a problem. However to keep doing what the team at west northants are doing is a sign of madness! Keep repairing potholes badly, might be ticking a box! However it isnt solving the problem. I would prefer a honest and transparent policy to ensure the process is defined and expertly delievered
