This has been ongoing for over a year , piles of rubbish outside this house, i am semi disabled, use a walking stick and have to walk on the road into on coming traffic to get around this problem .in the summer this attracts fly’s , wasps and bees which also causes me and other people eg disabled people and pushchairs etc to walk into the road
