Boundary hedge to business has not been trimmed for months creating a hazard to pedestrians. Completely covering path. No access for pedestrians. Impossible for wheelchair and buggy users.   • Thank you for your report. Landowners and occupiers are responsible for maintaining any boundary features on their property that adjoin public highways and affect highway safety. In this case, the highway appears to be impacted, so we will contact the land/property owner. If necessary, further action will be taken.
