Overgrown tree covering lamp and footpath

Sent to Fareham Borough Council less than a minute later

No 10 cherry tree avenue, po14 1py, has let his tree overgrow once more. I have asked him to prune it to no avail, a very stubborn man, the same as his hedge, will not cut back to his boundary.

  • What does it take to make these residents responsible for trees and shrubbery planted on their boundaries,which will eventually cover roads or footpaths.
