Flags attached to lamp posts causing issues

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8711602.

Someone attached flags to lamp posts all along the street. This is causing lots of rapidly moving shadows on the street, in front gardens and even inside homes. This is a safety risk and raises health concerns. As much as showing national colours is welcome, lamp posts are not the right place, and those flags need to be removed.
