The whole length both sides and central reservation completely disgusting and full of rubbish

This need clearing up as things totally unacceptable. The rubbish is beyond a joke and makes me physically sick knowing we ware lettuce county look like this. The whole strategy from Hertford to buntingford is a disgrace
