1.5x1m patch broken up

The recently repaired approx 1.5x1m patch has already broken up. Across the middle of the lane in the direction of the bridge.

Road is badly damaged and there is arisk of punctures for cars as it is hard to avoid the large broken up tarmac

The patch that was repaired has broken up resulting in at least 3 large potholes. A risk of damage to vehicles and injury to cyclists. Also a risk to oncoming traffic as vehicles try to avoid the large pot holes that continue to grow in size. This is becoming increasingly dangerous especially in the dark when it is difficult to navigate the damaged road surface.
