Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.

The road is continuing to deteriorate. Road defects are high risk and directly where cars have to stop at the lights. Due to the lights there is no way to avoid. Also, there are no street lights in this area. Cars are being damaged and will result in claims. Please reassess as these need attention as a matter of urgency.
