These trees have not been cut back. It's improvise to park on the road in the parking bay under these trees.

There are trees in this location that overhang so much it is impossible for anyone taller than 5'10" to walk on the pavement, forcing people to walk around the cars into the road.
In addition, it is impossible to park in this spot as the branches are so low, into the street.
