Abandoned large Christmas tree, approximately 2m tall and over 2m wide. Unable to take photo as worried about retaliation from the neighbour potentially responsible. It is on the road. Blocking a car and the driveway partially. Am reporting as am worried it could cause an incident with cars as if is a busy road. It was abandoned this morning. It is outside 3 Alma Road on the side closest to 1 Alma Road.
