Disintegrating road surface

The area of road around the turning for the barns has disintegrated, with large potholes, chunks of rubble, and deep holes. This is over a stretch of road of about 12 meters. It is extremely dangerous for walkers, cyclists and light vehicles

  • The road is full of deep holes on both sides making it extremely difficult to drive on.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.
