Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) build new place for travellers to stay

I don’t think that this was the plan, but by closing this exit off the A4074 just before the Golden Balls roundabout when heading north towards Oxford, OCC have provided travellers with the perfect place to reside long term. I guess that it was designed for cyclists to use but very few, if any, are going to use it now!
