Blocked Drain

Two weeks ago the drain outside the flats was due to be cleared as totally blocked and very timed it rain the water would build up and go know we’re . They put a note into the block to say it was going to be cleaned on the 8/1/26 so no one would park in that spot came out did not clear the drain and left more mess than what originally was there , please could you get this sorted it’s been pending for years .
