Traffic light phasing issue

Traffic lights frequently stop the main traffic flow on the Henley road towards Caversham putting the all Hallows road turning to green for no reason as no cars enter or exit All Hallows Road or Ruskin. Also the phasing of these lights frequently causes long queues on the Henley Road towards Caversham, sometimes back to Caversham park village junction.
