Investigation: Ongoing - Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding. Due to the recent adverse weather conditions, we have had to reprioritise certain tasks. This enquiry is now scheduled to be inspected during the week commencing 23rd January. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

No update as usual. It has now gotten bigger and more punctures. What if the person who inspects the potholes ,drives through them at the speed limit and then tells me it doesn't need repairing urgently.
