Cars blocking pedestrian pavements

Building works going on in building next to bus station which means they are allowed to park their cars and block pedestrian access to the bus station. This is dangerous for pedestrians also there are double yellow lines with further yellow lines on the pavement meaning no one can park. Suggest council get parking wardens there. I am always having to walk on yhe entrance road to the bus station hoping not to get knocked over by a bus. Pavements should and must be kept clear for pedestrians at all times.
