Car parked in disabled bay with no blue badge.

The car was parked in the Hobs Moat Hopper Car Park 2 (approx 105a Hons Moat Road, Solihull, B92 8JN) on 10/01/2025 at approx 1230pm. I saw the man drive into the disabled bay and noticed he didn't have a blue badge, I asked him if he had one to which he said he'd dropped a passenger off who had a badge and would be moving in a min. He continued to walk with his small holdall bag and I watched him walk over to the gym (Fitness First on Ulleries Road, B92 8DS). I went to the shops and returned 15-20mins later to which the car was still there.
