From the photo you will see the grass verge has been completely ruined.

Reported via mobile in the Verges - Damaged by Vehicles category anonymously at 14:21, Friday 16 January 2026 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8702792.

This damaged was caused by BT when they came out to fix the badly laid tarmac they put down immediately outside our house. They fixed it as a result of me reporting how bad the tarmac had been laid on fix my street. UNFORTUNATELY, when they came to fix snd relay the tarmac, they drove their mini digger all over the grass verge, demolishing the grass churning it into mud - and then they simply left it like the photo. The second photo shows how it should be and was before they drove their digger all over it.
