A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.

This pothole has rapidly deteriorated both is size and depth and is becoming a real danger for children arriving or leaving school it is now close to 6 inches deep and in width it cannot be avoided and when it is full of water it cannot be seen There is real danger because it holds a lot of water and if children get soaked as a car passes then with panic who knows what will happen It needs to be dealt with poste haste

12 days is not good enough because for sure someone is going to be hurt and it could be a small child
If you cannot repair it then please put suitable warnings in place for all to see
