Sent to Harrow Borough Council 5 minutes later
These are bushes supposed to be looked after by Harrow council.they contain very harsh and course prickle Bushes on a narrow close. Very seldom attended to when drive by to park in your driveway they scratch your car. Even worse they are dangerous to children and cause severe cuts bad enough in some cases to require a visit to A&E. When you do happen to see a council crew locally cutting grass and hedges you sometimes have to convince them it's part of their job. I and other neighbours have bought and used our own tools in the past but we are not paid to do the job of the council which we pay council tax for. Cmon Harrow council pull your finger out and get to work. This is just one example come see it in person to see the rest of it disgusting

My experience is nothing gets done unless I do it myself these bushes are coarse to the point of being able to easily scratch car paint and also possesse sharp prickles on which my Daughter has in the past scarred herself on. Why are we paying council tax?
