Someone has dumped a trolley, with an airer and a chair in it, a sofa cut in to 3, & sofa cushions, outside of my Dad's house (4 Mantle Road Leic, Le3 5hg) He is an 86 year old pensioner and struggles to put his bin out for all the rubbish that keeps being piled up against his property! The council did put up a no fly tipping sign, but someone tore it off the wall. Please could you remove the rubbish, it's been there for over a week, thank you!
