On the larger climbing frame: Two captive nuts, under the platform to secure the vertical red panels have sheared off.

  • We have investigated the matter with the play specialist who carried out the installation of the equipment. After reviewing the installation, we can confirm that it was completed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. All required safety caps have been correctly installed in the appropriate locations.
