Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 8698911.

Between Ware and all the way through to Welwyn the A414 is in an appalling state with litter at the highest and most disgusting levels I’ve ver seen.
