Why are local volunteers urged to pick up the filth that motorists drop particularly at the ‘ temporary lights’ ( been there at least two years)? This includes bottles of urine which is a constant problem. Granted this rubbish should never be there but what is the Council’s responsibility ? Don’t mind volunteering to clear up but not in replace of the Council
