Road floods extremely

The road becomes very dangerous when raining. It’s on a blind bend and near the entrance to a farm, when it rains the road floods, so deep that it covers the whole road. And there are no run offs the water in places are a foot deep. The verges need digging out to prevent serious damage to cars or even serious accidents
