Pothole in driving line c, 500mm long x 400mm wide x 200mm deep

Reported via iOS in the Pothole category by Peter Brooks at 19:58, Thursday 15 January 2026

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8697241.

Hit this pothole this evening driving south on the A361 from Banbury. I was surprised it didn’t cause a puncture as it was large and deep. I fear someone else won’t be so lucky.

Council ref: ENQ261073481

  • Hit this pothole on Sat 17 Jan 26, in the dark at around 17.15hr. It caused an immediate blow out of the tyre and I required a replacement tyre before the vehicle could be driven.
