Overhanging, partially dead branch threatening our property

One of the trees on the land behind our house (on the Bilton Road side) has a large, partially dead branch overhanging our property. It produces a large amount of sap which is ruining our belongings. We are concerned that it will fall and break our sheds. Please investigate.
