Traffic light sequence not correct

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8696230.

The Trafic light on the Shinfield Road by the Sportsman Pub heading out of Reading timing is all wrong or done on purpose to cause traffic. I fear the latter as it is appears consistant with other lights in Reading!! If it is on purpose, put a sign up so people can avoid going that way!!!!!
