Several holes in the road where cats eyes were

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8695844.

These holes have been here for a long time and the general surface of the road is very poor too. It looks like they once had cats eyes in them but they have been removed. Riding my bike whilst overtaking parked school traffic I went into one. They’re very deep for a bicycle wheel! Please inspect and repair the road and its surface.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
