Very large puddle formed where the drain is blocked

This puddle occurs every time it rains, the drain seems to be permanently blocked. It is directly outside the pedestrian exit to the Village Green car park and is hazardous because people have to work their way around the puddle to cross the road to where the pavement is while watching for traffic in both directions and from Church Road
