Mopeds constantly breach the traffic prohibition

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8693727.

Mopeds constantly ignore the traffic prohibition, causing a safety hazard for pedestrians who do not anticipate them. Voi e-scooters do the same. Are they allowed to pass through here, since they are classified as motor vehicles under legislation? Please would you look to install an enforcement camera and work with Voi to stop e-scooters from being able to pass.
