Drain collapsing and blocked

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8693516.

As per title the drain is blocked resulting in a large puddle/flooding at this junction. This hides the collapsing drain which then feels like a deep pothole when driven over. This a busy junction now due to Crematorium traffic.
