Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8693056.
As you are going on High Street Welford road as you turn on the bend on A5199 where the marker has been placed there is two blocked drains. Water is rising through the drains and needs looking into.

There is also another blocked drain nearer to the Postman Pat figure which needs to be cleared as well please.

Still blocked, WNC are aware these drains getting blocked are an ongoing issue. They can cause sheets of ice to form when the temperature dips along with flooding of the road.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue and a works order has been raised on a routine safety inspection. The expected completion date for these works will be 28.02.26

I assume you are cleaning all the drains on that stretch of road? Also you have set up a regular clean due to the constant issue of the drains?

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - This stretch of the road will be cleaned and continued on the A Road Cleansing programme. We currently have an expected completion date of 30/04/26.
