Overgrown and poorly maintained tree

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8690233.

This tree in front of numbers 1 and 3 Poppyfields Way has not seen any care or tree surgeons for the entire time I have lived here (6 years) The tree on the opposite side of the road in front of numbers 2 and 4 was properly maintained last year with lots of canopy removed and dead wood, meaning for a huge reduction in height and a lot less debris falling. Please can this tree be given the care it desperately needs before it dies or falls!
