Double yellow road markings now washed away

As well as the potholes and rut that needs repairing, the double yellow road markings and the markings for the middle of the carriageway have been completely washed away from the length of Bridge Road between Wentworth Way and the centre of the village at the canal.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
